J. Chocolatier has built our reputation on our Fleur de Sel Caramels . They are the most popular item we make.
Fleur de Sel Caramel -- Our Caramels are ultra-creamy and liquid in texture. We add a bit more butter and cream, and a bit less sugar. Then we roll the caramels in bittersweet chocolate and add just a pinch of salt. The result is the trifecta of flavor -- a little salty, a little creamy and a little sweet.

*Shelf life is about 2 months at cool room temperature. Do not refrigerate.
