Our buttery, crunchy toffee is enriched with a splash of bourbon and toasted pecans. We top it off with a layer of dark chocolate. We used to make other versions of toffee, but everyone kept flocking to this one.

*We cook our toffee at a slightly lower temperature so that it is pleasantly crunchy, but not overly-hard like most toffees. Softer than most brittles, too.
*The bourbon flavor is sublte, not overwhelming. Won't burn going down.
