We stuff dried figs with decadent brandy ganache and then dip the whole thing in another layer of dark chocolate. These figs are great with champagne, as a copliment to a cheese platter or with a hot cup of tea.
Ingredients:
dried figs, dark chocolate (cocoa solids, cocoa butter, sugar, soy lethicin, vanilla), brandy, heavy cream.
