At J. Chocolatier we believe that excellent ingredients are essential. We source the finest quality chocolate we can find. We use both blended chocolates and single-origin chocolates, depending on the application. Currently, we use brands such as Felchlin, Valrhona and Callebaut.
We use high quality European style butter, fresh herbs, locally sourced honey, sipping quality liquers and fine French sea salt. We do not use preservatives. Each chocolate is carefully handcrafted and packaged.
